For those who applied to live the dream through The Challenge 2009, the prospective Finalists exhibited or had the follwing:

1. Ghanaian by birth or naturalization OR a Permanent Legal Resident
2. A University graduate with a good first degree qualification from an accredited university (2nd Class Upper or better)
3. Physically resident in Ghana between January 2009 and January 2010
4. In possession of relevant and verifiable university degree certificates and/or transcripts
5. Able to fulfill the UK University’s post graduate admission requirements 6.
6. Able to travel and reside in the UK for one full year to pursue a FULL-TIME course effective August/September 2009
7. Able to produce a personal statement to demonstrate how proposed postgraduate qualification will develop personal, professional, community or national development.
8. Able to commit to return to Ghana after postgraduate study to fulfill post-qualification obligations.
9. Able to commit to working with any one of the sponsor organizations of The Challenge Reality TV
10. Able to commit to part-time ambassadorial work for any of the partner Universities in Ghana
