Profile:
Esther has been the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Communications Africa Ltd (Stratcomm Africa) since October 2001, an organization she has grown from her study desk to a leader in the industry. She is also a Director of the Centre for Development and Intercultural Communication (CEDIC), a non-profit organization.

After her first degree at the University of Ghana, Legon, she took graduate degrees in Communication (Public Relations and Journalism) in the School of Communication Studies at the University of Ghana, Legon and at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA, where she specialized in Communication for Developing Nations, Organizational and Intercultural Communication with a minor in Extension Education.

Esther has been a consultant for numerous organizations in a variety of sectors, developing and implementing communication strategies to support their work. She is a member of a number of professional bodies. She also has several publications to her credit.

Esther has a passion for the value of effective communication processes for national development and international understanding, and she is constantly exploring effective communications strategies for diffusing innovation and bringing about understanding among people. She is particularly interested in ensuring that communication strategies are rooted in the relevant culture.

Esther’s interest in promoting the welfare of women and children has included many other projects that she has been involved in. As a Director for the Centre for Development and Intercultural Communication she has sought to use communication as an instrument of human development including the development of self esteem among girls. Her mentoring message, “I know I can seeks to draw out the capabilities that youth have in them”..

She has been a speaker at many motivational and inspirational seminars, including Waves International Youth Summit, which are geared at inspiring young people to greater heights. Her wit and her desire for perfection were brought to bear during the just ended ‘Agency’ and ‘The Challenge’ reality shows organized by British Council in which she was a judge.

She is a shareholder and director of Osagyefo Leadership International School (OLIS) a newly established educational institution which seeks to develop the leadership potential of children.

Her hobbies include taking care of children, gardening and singing

Esther is a mother, wife, a Professional, a Christian, a Chief Executive and an Inspirational Speaker.

She is an elder of the Asbury Dunwell Church.
