Emmanuel Dei-Tumi is a matured and experienced dynamic professional trainer, motivational speaker, management consultant and author with 16 years experience in the design and implementation of training consulting to both private and public sectors including International Development Agencies complimented by a background of entrepreneurial coaching and counseling.

He is a clear and concise communicator with the ability to motivate and encourage participants to be proactive and engage in creative thinking, along with a good ear for the underlying problems that can hinder efficient personal and group learning.

His passion, expertise and experience are in strategic and transformative leadership development, entrepreneurial development, sales and marketing, customer service, people skills development and attitudinal change.

He has very strong leadership skills, a high goal/results-orientation, dynamic facilitation skills, a team player with a knack for analysis, independent minded with a strong desire for creating and helping to create entrepreneurs.
