Profile:
Dolores is the Chief Executive Officer of The Options Group Limited, a management and communications consultancy. She is a communications and management trainer and consultant as well as a personal development advisor.
She holds a Masters degree in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana and is a certified facilitator of the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), UK.
She is the founder of SpeechMasters, an outfit that teaches public speaking, executive level grooming and social skills.
Her interest is in helping and mentoring the youth make use of their potential. She has therefore set up Narconon Hills, an NGO to address issues of substance abuse among the youth.
A sports enthusiast with several medals in Badminton, her other hobbies include dancing, reading, meeting people and stringing beads.
