Janice  Tagoe  has  BA  (Hons)  Business  Studies  and  MBA  International  Business  from  the University of East London, UK and currently the owner and Managing Director of BJ GLOBAL Limited  trading  as Antal  International Network.  She  is married with  three  sons. 

She  found passion  for Executive Recruitment when  she discovered  talent  shortages have  reached global levels.  Corporate  organisations  struggle  to  attract,  select  and  retain  the  right  calibre  of employees  needed.  Moreover,  newly  established  local  and  international  businesses  need strategic  recruitment  partners  to  help  them  in  their  recruitment  exercises  and  setting  up resourcing teams.
