The participants in The Challenge Reality Show undergo various management training and grooming sessions under the supervision of various Faculty Members.
After the contestants have performed their tasks, they present their results before some distinguished business leaders in the country. They serve as The Board that determines how well they have perfomed and based on their performance decide which contestants are up for eviction.
