Profile:
Janice Tagoe has BA (Hons) Business Studies and MBA International Business from the University of East London, UK and currently the owner and Managing Director of BJ GLOBAL Limited trading as Antal International Network. She is married with three sons.
She found passion for Executive Recruitment when she discovered talent shortages have reached global levels. Corporate organisations struggle to attract, select and retain the right calibre of employees needed. Moreover, newly established local and international businesses need strategic recruitment partners to help them in their recruitment exercises and setting up resourcing teams.
Whatever your sector today, the quality of people you hire can determine the success or failure of a business. She has consequently taken the challenge to work strategically with leading and reputable companies to brainstorm and suggest solutions together to meet the unprecedented need for management and professional staff.
With her unique recruitment knowledge and experience, coupled with the great value added by Antal’s global network of over 120 offices, she is able to assist companies to minimise the recruitment gamble, build high performance teams and win the recruitment & retention game.
Her company Antal International Network identifies and places Top Talented individuals in reputable companies that require their service. Antal has made more than 30,000 placements in almost 80 countries. Antal has trademarked these Top Talents as RISING STARS. A RISING STAR posseses either outstanding academic or professional competence or both, must be a
brilliant first degree holder, magnificent in creativity, with a demonstrable record of career achievements. They are highly beneficial to companies because they make money, save cost,
save time, bring reputation and help companies survive in the competitive market and today’s economic turbulence.
