The Challengers in a Group Discussion
As the contest for the Challenge Reality TV Show rages on with heat, the remaining lucky ones are strategizing and thinking of how to avoid elimination at this ‘peak’ stage. Combining fear and anxiety may probably be a tough situation to bear. Nevertheless, for the eight remaining finalists in the Challenge House, ‘Hope’ is their dream word. The question is what common efforts are they making to meet the requirement of the panelists and subsequently achieve their goal of clinching the ultimate prize?

Call it, “A Job Search Interview” is what they have undertaken to ascertain whether their fitness for the managerial position in a communication or banking job could be a done deal. As part of the ultimate prize, the winner of the Challenge Educational Reality TV Show will return from United Kingdom to pick up a pre-arranged job. Therefore, this task was to select the finalists who meet the requirements of the sponsoring organizations.
