Group 2 planning their film task
Taking advantage of her knowledge of the "Fante" Ghanaian language, Araba, the presenter for group two, educated viewers on tour sites in the Central Region of Ghana using a lot of local proverbs and wise sayings while giving briefs on the various tourist sites. These sites included Kakum National Park, Cape Coast Castle, the Ankasa Conservation Park, the Nzulezu Park as well as the Busua Beach Resort. With the Film Task over, the Challengers are also expected to participate in another task aimed at winning any of the prizes at stake. The ultimate prize is a fully sponsored postgraduate scholarship from the University of Westminster with a total value of £30,000. Three others stand a chance of winning three (3) other scholarships to read a post-graduate courses in Thames Valley University, London Metropolitan University and an ICT related post-graduate course at IPMC in Ghana.
‘The Challenge’ will run for the next few weeks on GTV every Sunday at 3pm with a repeat on Fridays at 11am. You are encouraged to vote for your favourite candidate(s) by texting the name to TIGO short code 1750 and the same on any other network.
