The Faculty and the Board in a de-briefing session
The Faculty took turns to brief the Board on the three tasks the Challengers had undertaken prior to the final eviction – The Interview Task, The Film Task and The Great Debate, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the Challengers. The Board also had some time with the Challengers asking questions on their performances as groups and as individuals. The Board noted that on the Film Task, the Challengers fell short of the objectives of the task and therefore were not able to take the best shots to help them achieve them. On the Grand Debate, the Board noted that most of the Challengers could not give sources of their facts and information and most of this information were without details. The Board was also disappointed that the Challengers relied on only second hand information, meaning that they did not do their own research into details. The Board was however happy that the Challengers tried to respond to the issues raised by their opponents during the debate. The Board recommended that the Challengers should gather much information on companies that they wish to work with before going for Interviews.
